Design of studies in 2012
The official topic of the Russian academy of sciences 6.11.3 “Neural, neuroimmune, and endocrine visceral mechanisms in regular and extreme conditions”. State Registration ID 0120.0804713 (Scientific supervisor: corresponding member of the Russian academy of sciences, D.P. Dvoretsky, Ph.D., D.S.
Phases of the investigation:
1. Continuation of studies of the role of chemoreception in control of the GI tract functions and feeding behavior (PI V.A. Zolotarev, Ph.D.)
A) Study of the effect of proton pump inhibitors on gastric secretion of bicarbonates and pepsinogen as well as circulation in the stomach wall during irritation of the gastric mucosa with acidic hyperosmotic solution (investigators R.P. Khropycheva, Ph.D., J.V. Andreeva, Ph.D.).
B) Continuation of the study of the role of heritable mechanisms of sensory analysis of complex chemical stimuli in the feeding preference (investigators V.O. Murovets, Ph.D., M.S. Aksenova, S.V.Travnikov).
2. Experimental in vivo study of new anty-ischemic pharmaceutical preparations derived from the analogous of creatine and phosphocreatine with high ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier (PI M.V.Lensman, Ph.D.)
Perspective design of the studies of the Laboratory of physiology of digestion in 2013-17.
Topic of the Department of physiology and basic medicine of the Russian academy of sciences #2: “The study in humans and animals of the integration of mechanisms of digestion, breathing, circulation and excretion in homeostasis; involvement of neurotransmitters, hormones, incretins, and autacoids in control of functions. Clinical implementation of the results of studies.”
Topics of the study of laboratory:
- Investigation of the role of chemical senses in the GI tract in integration of mechanisms of digestion, metabolism and feeding behavior.
- The role of endogenous and exogenous macroergic compounds and their synthetic analogs in tissue protectection from hypoxic and ischemic damage.
